Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering. If something doesn’t feel quite right, you have time to change your mind.

Under UK and EU consumer law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason.

Returning an item

To keep everything fair and safe for everyone, we ask that returned products meet the following conditions:

  • Products are unused, unopened, and untouched
  • Items are returned in their original packaging
  • You let us know within 14 days of delivery
  • The items are sent back within 14 days of your return request

Because our products are personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless they arrive faulty.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. This will be completed within 14 days, in line with UK and EU consumer regulations.

If you’re returning your full order, the original standard delivery cost will also be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

If something isn’t right

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite as expected, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If you’re able to, we kindly ask that you include a few photographs of the item and its packaging, so we can understand what’s happened and help resolve it quickly.
